Predictably Irrational: The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions

Rating: 4/5

Typically, we assume everyone makes decisions in their best interest; they act rationally. In Predictably Irrational, Ariely details amazing experiments that illustrate just the opposite. Throughout the book, he describes simple mistakes we make on a daily basis, highlights the scientific underpinnings behind those irrational decisions, and provides suggestions to make better decisions moving forward. I found the book highly entertaining.
